Job summary

Impact Signs in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a driven Sign Sales Representative to grow our signage business across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. You will build relationships with clients, gather project details, and coordinate with design and installation teams to move projects to completion.

The role rewards a relationship-first salesperson with uncapped earning potential, a base salary, and a 5% commission structure, plus a monthly car allowance, a company phone and laptop, and full benefits

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in signage, construction, or related industry preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships from pitch to install.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter energy with ability to manage time and hit deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; regular travel to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across Utah

• Partner with our design, permitting, and installation teams to keep projects moving smoothly from concept to completion
• Own your pipeline: manage your CRM, follow up fast, and hit your monthly and annual sales goals

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience — signage, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but a strong track record matters most
• Solid grasp of design-build processes and how to manage a client relationship from pitch to install
• Excellent communication, follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter energy — you can manage your time and hit deadlines with minimal oversight
• Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (regular travel to client sites and job locations is a core part of this role)

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary
