Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Licensed PTA (IDFPR) and board eligibility/mandatory continuing education for hip/knee programs.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on therapy plans.
• Follows and documents treatment plans with communication to evaluating therapist.
• Produces daily documentation in the EMR and CTSCP67.
• Coordinates with PT on patient treatment interventions and progress.
