Redefine Healthcare in Edison, NJ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our expanding team. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy to restore function and relieve pain.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians and other health professionals. Licensure and NPTE must be current; outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• NPTE certification required.
• Experience in outpatient/orthopedic/rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations; perform assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy; manage pain.
• Educate patients and families on rehab exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals; document progress in EHR.
