Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current credentialing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, and other health care providers using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes of care.
• Performs examinations and documents according to policy.
