Job summary

Universal Pure in Malvern, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure all machine processing meets safety, quality, and customer standards. You will monitor line pace and take actions to maximize productivity.

Core duties include mechanical and HMI operation, label verification, coordinating with FSQA techs, and assisting Line Lead to resolve bottlenecks. You will also lead CIP execution and ensure proper safety gear and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to adapt to changing shifts and duties.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and machine HMI operation functions.
• Perform label verification checks.
• Coordinate with FSQA techs on product status and deviations.
• Assist Line Lead to identify and resolve line bottlenecks.
• Lead CIP execution and ensure safety and sanitation practices.
• Monitor line attendance and communicate deficiencies to supervisors.
