Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety and quality standards in a cold environment. The role involves operating machinery, performing label verification, and coordinating with FSQA Techs and Line Leads to resolve deviations and optimize line throughput.

The candidate will monitor line performance, execute CIP sanitation, and support efficient changeovers while maintaining strict attendance and communication standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in cold environments is preferred.
• Machine operator experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven reliable attendance.
• Flexibility with shift schedules and duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish bilingualism a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical equipment and manage HMI controls to maintain production pace.
• Perform label verification checks and ensure accurate coding and date verification.
• Coordinate with FSQA Techs and Line Lead to resolve deviations and bottlenecks.
• Monitor line performance, adjust as needed to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Lead line changeovers with quality and team leads for three-way verification.
• Execute CIP procedures on the line, ensuring sanitation and safety standards.
