Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC seeks a Production Team Member to operate in a cold, fast-paced manufacturing environment on a 7:00AM–7:00PM day shift with a 2-2-3 rotation. You will pack/unpack, load/unload, palletize, label, and sort products, ensuring quality and safety on the line.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, English proficiency, and the ability to lift and handle heavy items. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience.
• MHE/Forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform basic mental math.
• Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write).
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with others and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs repetitively and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack product on the line.
• Load and unload carriers for the HPP machine.
• Stack and build pallets.
• Label and code date products.
• Sort products to remove off-spec items for rework or disposal.
• Sanitize and clean parts of the line during changeovers; wear PPE.
• Perform other sanitation duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be rotated off the line to another line if a machine requires maintenance.
