Job summary

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for on-call and emergency night visits in Bucks County and surrounding areas. The role involves performing home visits, medication administration, wound care, and documenting doctors' orders. Travel across designated territories is required.

Qualifications

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in PA.
• One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with active listening, strong assessment, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures; provide comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
