Job summary

Qualifications
- Active PA RN license required.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
- Document doctors' orders and on-call duties after hours or weekends as needed.
