International Executive Service Corps is seeking a professional Sign Language Interpreter to provide high-quality video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for customers. Fluency in ASL and spoken English is required, along with strict adherence to the NAD-RID Code.

The position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week (potentially up to 40 hours), a comprehensive benefits package through ZP Perks, and paid 40-hour training. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• 3–5 years of interpreting experience preferred.
• Must pass interpreting skills assessment.
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Exhibit punctuality and preparedness for shifts and timely, accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and demonstrate ability to adapt to new technologies.
