Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks an Interpreter to provide high quality Sign Language interpreting via video, in a call center and on-site at diverse locations. Must be fluent in ASL and English and adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities include video relay, on-site interpreting, and professional customer service. 18+ and 40-hour training complete required; 36 hours/week guaranteed with potential up to 40 hours. 401(k), life insurance, and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 36 hours per week.
• Must pass the company's interpreting skills assessment (interpreting skills assessment).
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.
• Three to five years of experience in interpreting preferred.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Maintain punctuality and preparedness for shifts; accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
