Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Maintain punctuality and preparedness for shifts, and accurate record keeping.
• Follow FCC regulations and company policies.
• Travel to on-site locations as needed.
