Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking interpreters to deliver high-quality ASL/English interpretation via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site assignments for diverse clients. The role supports a call center and customer sites, with emphasis on accurate communication and cultural awareness.

Applicants should be fluent in ASL and English and capable of handling flexible shifts, including travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpretation skills mandatory.
• Understanding of Deaf culture.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct essential.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service with a respectful and professional attitude.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
