Qualifications

• One year of demonstrated experience in electronics, power tool operation, or related areas.
• Ability to read interpret and apply specification documents, government coding information, safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to apply mathematical calculations regarding electrical requirements.
• Ability to move materials, equipment, and completed cutting projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans and diagrams to ensure accuracy of cutting materials to create sign parts.
• Plans, prepares and uses materials to be cut to minimize waste.
• Programs router to cut materials per job order specifications.
• Maintains understanding of router programming requirements.
• Operates router to accurately cut materials to job specifications.
• Maintains quality control and safety during material handling and router operation.
• Racks and pallets materials.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs of routers and related equipment.
• Decorates sign faces with vinyl.
