Allied Electric Sign & Awning Co. in Vineyard, UT is seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our fabrication team and produce precision-cut materials for custom signage. You will set up Multicam routers, load materials, secure workpieces, and verify machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy.

This night-shift role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safety, and ownership of routing operations, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC Router in a production or fabrication environment.
• Sign industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Proficiency using EnRoute, Composer, or comparable routing software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC routers (primarily Multicam routers).
• Set up and execute routing operations using EnRoute software.
• Prepare and load materials, secure workpieces, and verify machine settings.
• Troubleshoot and adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize Composer to design, adjust, and prepare files for routing.
• Lead daily operations within the routing department and coordinate with teams.
