Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SIGINT Systems Training Specialist at Fort Eisenhower GA to apply lesson plans in formal classrooms and informal learning, adapting techniques to student needs and assessing learning outcomes. You will coordinate with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create engaging, accessible training content.

The role requires travel up to 30% and maintaining TS/SCI; a DoD Secret clearance is required to start with potential upgrade to TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 2+ years of related experience or 7 years of related experience can offset degree requirements.
• Must have at least an active DoD Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 1 year from date of hire.
• In-depth knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Transmission on various US Army communication systems.
• Direct substantial experience delivering and applying custom curriculum.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course/training facilitation and delivery.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback on applied skills against established standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Will become familiar with a dynamic customer curriculum and maintain it.
• Developing subject matter, communicating with diverse groups, creating tailored learning content, and delivering effective instruction.
• Assist program teams with project integration support, potentially developing new content and delivering training.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and SMEs to create accessible products.
• Review student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead instructional modules and coordinate exercises.
• Build or revise curriculum.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and stakeholders to meet customer missions.
