Job summary

DST llc seeks a SIGINT Instructor to deliver high-quality classroom, practical, and airborne instruction. You will teach SIGINT analysis concepts and guide complex analytical problems, with emphasis on advanced signals and weapons systems.

You will develop and maintain course content, including lessons, exercises, exams, and flight scenarios, while coordinating with the Course Developer to ensure accuracy and alignment with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years of SIGINT collection and analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Technical SIGINT expertise – utilize SIGINT tools to identify signals and support analyses.
• Analysis and quality assurance – analyze intelligence products and improve methodologies.
• Classroom instruction – deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• Classroom management – prepare rooms and resources for effective learning.
• Student assessment – administer exams and monitor progress.
• Equipment accountability – maintain training gear and coordinate issues with FSR.
• Curriculum development – provide feedback and update curriculum with instructors.
• Training material development – create content and scenarios for courses.
• Training innovation – evaluate new tech to enhance training.
• Travel/modular instruction – travel to other locations for training.
• Additional responsibilities – perform other duties as assigned.
