Job summary

Leidos is seeking a SIGINT Systems Training Specialist at Fort Eisenhower, GA, to apply lesson plans across formal classroom and informal learning environments, tailoring delivery to diverse students and assessing training effectiveness.

The role supports a dynamic program, coordinates with developers and subject matter experts, travels up to 30%, maintains TS/SCI, and helps plan and report training progress for customer missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Master's with 2+ years, or 7 years total experience as offset.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI within 1 year.
• Experience with Routing, Switching, and Transmission on US Army systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and applying custom curriculum.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course and training facilitation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with a dynamic customer curriculum and maintain that familiarity.
• Develop subject matter and create tailored learning content for students; provide mentoring and feedback.
• Assist program teams with project integration support and developing new course content.
• Deliver training and facilitate multi-day exercises; mentor students and provide feedback to management.
• Review student progress and provide positive feedback to learners.
• Lead instructional modules and coordinate exercises; build or revise curriculum.
