DST Technologies seeks a SIGINT Instructor to deliver classroom, practical, and airborne instruction, developing and coordinating course content to meet mission needs. Responsibilities include assessing performance, maintaining materials, and delivering engaging instruction across primary and alternate locations.

The role emphasizes evolving curricula, integration of flight scenarios, and adherence to the Training Support Plan while supporting a professional learning environment and equipment

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years of SIGINT collection and analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SIGINT classroom, practical, and airborne instruction according to lesson plans.
• Develop and update course content, including exams, exercises, and flight scenarios.
• Assess student performance and provide remediation as needed to meet learning objectives.
• Maintain training materials and ensure accuracy with the Training Support Plan.
• Manage equipment and training resources across primary and alternate locations.
• Travel to other locations to provide instructional support as required.
