Job summary

EverWatch, a government solutions company, seeks a Technical Training Specialist for SIGINT & RF Communications in Maryland. Qualifications

• 9+ years in EE or CS with training development and delivery.
• 9+ years as trainer/operator in wireless networking, RF engineering, or Active Techniques.
• 3+ years experience with RF and wireless technologies.
• Experience creating slides, diagrams, student guides, exercises and assessments.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test cases from user stories.
• Automate security and performance tests; monitor system health.
• Document results and communicate defects to developers.
• Mentor teammates and expand testing skills for mission-critical systems.
