Job summary

VTG seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training for SIGINT systems, RF tech, wireless communications, and related computer systems. The role combines classroom instruction with the creation of comprehensive training materials and assessments.

Ideal candidates have an electrical engineering or computer science background and a strong record delivering instructor-led or web-based training, plus experience briefing large groups and junior personnel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Minimum of 9 years of electrical engineering or computer science experience.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based technical training.
• Experience delivering technical instruction to groups or large audiences.
• 3+ years of experience with VHF/UHF, RF theory, antennas, and wireless tech including GSM/CDMA2000/UMTS/LTE/WiFi.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training for SIGINT systems, RF technologies, wireless communications, electronics, and computer systems.
• Develop instructor-led and/or web-based training courses and associated materials.
• Create and maintain training presentations, technical diagrams, student guides, exercises, assessments.
• Provide classroom instruction and support for technical training programs.
• Present complex technical concepts to large audiences and brief personnel on technical topics.
• Develop and improve training plans, curriculum, and instructional methodologies.
• Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on feedback and accuracy.
