Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Technical Training Specialist focused on SIGINT and RF Communications to develop and deliver instructor-led and web-based training for complex defense systems.

You will craft curricula, create slides and guides, and work with engineers to ensure training supports mission objectives. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, with opportunities to mentor junior personnel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical engineering or computer science with training development/delivery.
• 3+ years in RF and wireless tech with hands-on experience.
• Experience creating instructor-led and web-based training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials including slides, guides, exercises and assessments.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases and document results.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure training aligns with mission needs.
• Mentor junior staff and improve training curricula based on feedback.
