Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC provides advanced SIGINT instruction and training support at Fort Bragg, developing and delivering SIGINT and Multi-Domain Operations training for US Special Operations Forces and interagency personnel. Instruction aligns with approved POIs and Army doctrine to prepare personnel for complex decision-making in contested environments.

The Instructor develops and updates curricula, supports critical thinking, and ensures content transfers knowledge to operational deployments

Qualifications

• Completion of Signals Intelligence training from a government cryptologic institution.
• Experience in Signals Intelligence operations, analysis, collection, and reporting.
• Familiarity with current SIGINT methodologies, technologies, and emerging capabilities.
• Experience developing and delivering military or intelligence training programs.
• Knowledge of SIGINT and Electromagnetic Warfare doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and instructional presentation skills.
• Ability to update and modernize curriculum based on changes in doctrine, technology, and operational requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, practical exercise, and field-based instruction in SIGINT and Multi-Domain Operations disciplines.
• Train USSOF and interagency personnel on SIGINT principles, methodologies, technologies, and operational applications.
• Develop, review, update, and revise curriculum, lesson plans, training aids, and student materials.
• Support curriculum design activities that foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure instructional content supports transfer of knowledge to operational deployments.
• Provide recommendations to the Government regarding curriculum enhancements and doctrinal updates.
• Conduct instruction in accordance with Department of the Army, T2C, USAJFKSWCS, and approved POI requirements.
• Facilitate practical exercises, mission scenarios, and Culminating Exercise (CULEX) Full Mission Profile (FMP) events.
• Maintain required instructor certifications and professional qualifications.
• Incorporate emerging SIGINT technologies and methodologies into course instruction and training products.
