Seventh Dimension, LLC seeks an experienced 18E Special Forces Communications Instructor to deliver classroom, hands‑on, and field instruction in tactical communications at Fort Bragg, NC. You will mentor soldiers on HF/VHF/UHF/SATCOM systems, COMSEC, antenna theory, and mission planning while maintaining training standards.

You will develop lesson plans, assess cadets, and ensure curriculum remains current with SF communications doctrine.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Must have or be able to obtain CFD‑IC or equivalent instructor training.
• Must complete pre-employment physicals and background checks.
• Graduate of the 18E Special Forces Communications Sergeant Course.
• Expertise in deploying and troubleshooting HF, VHF, UHF, and SATCOM radio systems.
• Experience managing communications plans and tactical operations on SF units.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert platform and hands‑on instruction in Basic Electricity, Radio Theory, and electromagnetic spectrum fundamentals.
• Instruct on antenna theory, construction, and field expedients (e.g., Jungle Antennas).
• Teach tactical computer applications including ATAK and MPK.
• Instruct on deployment, programming, and troubleshooting of modern tactical radio systems (HF, VHF, UHF, SATCOM).
• Lead blocks of instruction on SMRS architecture and field‑level operations.
• Grade and document student performance per ISAP with written and hands‑on assessments.
• Coordinate curriculum development and maintain training materials and equipment.
• Foster a disciplined, engaging learning environment and provide constructive feedback.
