Job summary

IntelliGenesis in the United States seeks a highly skilled instructional designer to support the SASMO program. The role focuses on QA of training materials and ensuring alignment with objectives across multiple courses.

Responsibilities include creating and updating lesson plans, collaborating on blended learning strategies, and delivering instruction while coordinating with stakeholders. A strong background in curriculum development and DoD/SIGINT domains is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience in digital network analysis, SIGINT, and target development.
• Military or DoD experience preferred.
• Six years in adult learning theories and instructional curriculum development.
• Ten years in curriculum development or six years with a related master's.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Assurance for training materials and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide physical audits for QA compliance to described documentation and drawings.
• Create, maintain, and update lesson plans as needed.
• Collaborate on training programs and blended learning strategies; maintain course materials.
• Instruct on a lesson-by-lesson basis and coordinate with stakeholders to assess training needs and schedules.
