Job summary

ASEC seeks a Training Expert - Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) to develop and deliver Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO) training, based at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The role requires creating curriculum and courseware for training in accordance with Navy schedules and will involve classroom instruction and instructional support for related courses.

Candidate must bring 5+ years of SIGINT experience, including airborne SIGINT collection or TECHSIGINT watchfloor experience, with JSP, RF3, and MPTOD

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience.
• SIGINT SME with 5 years airborne SIGINT collection or TECHSIGINT operational watchfloor experience.
• JSP, RF3, and MPTOD operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO).
• Instruct SIGINT classroom lectures and provide instructional support for related courses.
• Create and maintain courseware, training data, and simulations for MPRA ISR missions.
• Coordinate and organize technical information for implementation into DSO courseware.
• Research SIGINT references and potential training gaps and propose solutions.
