Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking a skilled installer in North Charleston, SC to join our crew. As a 1099 subcontractor, you will measure, cut, and fit materials for siding, windows, doors, and other installations, delivering quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

We offer a high-volume, year-round flow of projects, materials provided, and a supportive production team to help ensure on-time completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding or home improvement work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work at heights.
• Must be self-motivated with problem-solving on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
• Coordinate with production staff for scheduling and inspections.
