• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site

Responsibilities

• Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for a precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections with production staff
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report issues promptly
• Represent Southern Industries on site
