You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to evidence‑based practices, and support patient education and safety. Alabama RN license with BLS is required; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas. Benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains Alabama RN license and BLS.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Serves as a patient and family advocate.
• Communicates with medical staff to plan and manage care.
• Documents care and ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership and education to support staff development.
