Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current State of Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to team members.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely per standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Acts as a preceptor, charge nurse, unit educator, or nurse clinician.
