Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate required.
• Current CNA or PCT certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Must be able to be sensitive to cultural and bilingual issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English, required
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians
• Prefer hospital experience

• Demonstrates proper telephone etiquette when transferring a call.
• Always makes eye contact with patients, family, visitors, and staff.
• Knocks before entering a room or office and addresses all individuals courteously.
• Responds to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Works in a team, shares information, and uses resources efficiently.
• Performs clerical/clinical duties as assigned by the nurse or physician.
• Transcribes physicians' orders and maintains chart records and files.
• Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate parties.
• Maintains knowledge of PCCU policy/procedures and assists department manager.
