Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients, family, physicians and staff politely.
• Introduces self and shows caring, thoughtful communication.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Transcribes physicians' orders and maintains chart records.
• Answers phones and routes calls appropriately.
• Maintains unit supplies and equipment.
• Assists CNA duties when short-staffed.
• Other duties as assigned by RN/physician.
