The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Research Coordinator to support a new Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) follow-up study, coordinating daily administrative activities with the CIBMTR Senior Scientific Director, protocol team members, and other staff.

You will organize meetings, site visits, and outreach with patient communities; maintain databases and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Sickle Cell Disease community preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, site visits, educational events, and other program activities.
• Coordinate program outreach with community organizations, advocacy groups, and partner institutions.
• Assist with planning external engagement opportunities such as podcasts, webinars, and educational seminars.
