Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a full-time Second in Command for a Gulfstream G200 based in Teterboro, New Jersey. As SIC, you’ll support safe, efficient operations across Part 91 and Part 135, reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot.

This high-trust role requires a disciplined aviator who thrives in dynamic schedules, maintains impeccable standards, and embraces proactive decision-making aligned with company procedures and FAA regulations. Night, weekend, and holiday work is required.

• 500 hours PIC
• 500 hours multi-engine
• 100 hours turbine
• 150 hours instrument

Responsibilities

• Execute all SIC duties to support safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with FARs, company manuals, and procedures.
• Manage and track duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company requirements and CFRs.
• Maintain clear, timely communication regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre-/post-flight reporting.
• Administer and update the electronic flight bag EFB hardware and applications.
• Keep navigation charts, publications, and company manuals current and accessible.
• Uphold a current first-class medical and demonstrate proactive, sound judgment in all phases of flight.
• Represent Jet Linx core values with clients, crews, and partners at all times.

• Compensation: Base salary $124,000–$160,000, depending on location, aircraft/crew position, education, training, and experience

Licenses & documents

• Unrestricted ATP
• Current first-class medical certificate
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid passport and proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and participation in random drug/alcohol testing, as required
• Ability to pass an FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review with a System Chief Pilot

Work and travel readiness

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of unrestricted travel to the EU, Canada, and the Caribbean

Education & training

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
• Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the previous 24 months (preferred)

Physical requirements

• Able to work around aircraft and terminals and move up to 50 pounds frequently
