Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced SIAM – Configuration Management Analyst to support the planning, design, and implementation of configuration management plans and standards.

The role requires 3+ years in ITSM, active TS/SCI with Poly, and ITIL expertise. You will assist in CMDB maintenance, CI audits, and reporting using ServiceNow dashboards, contributing to process improvements and enterprise IT services.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.
• Degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in related work.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework concepts and ITSM processes.
• Experience as ITSM Configuration Management Analyst in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to document business processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement configuration management plans and standards.
• Assist in CMDB management and maintenance.
• Support CI verification, auditing and mapping CI relationships.
• Define naming conventions and tagging standards for assets and CIs.
• Report CMDB status using Service Now dashboards.
• Support CSI initiatives and process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate in TEMs and requirements gathering.
• Deliver high-quality work independently or in a team.
