Job summary

University of Arizona is seeking a Supplemental Instruction (SI) Manager to lead a team of coordinators overseeing 50-75 SI Leaders, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all SI program aspects.

The role involves recruitment, training, scheduling, mentoring, and supervision, with emphasis on data-driven decisions, research informed planning, and coordination with Think Tank program leadership to assess learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience in education, STEM fields, or other appropriate fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise SI team across multiple campus locations.
• Set goals and procedures for SI initiatives in alignment with university objectives.
• Provide SI pedagogy expertise and campus resources.
• Coordinate SI services within budget parameters.
• Prepare reports on SI activity, outcomes, and expenditures.
