Job summary

SkillSyncer's ARC program in Macon, GA seeks a motivated ARC Supplemental Instruction Mentor to support SI leaders under the supervision of Stephanie Mooring. This student wage role offers 12 scheduled hours per week and an opportunity to gain tutoring and leadership experience during the Fall–Spring semester.

You will attend training meetings, observe SI sessions, prepare observation reports, and help in developing training materials while building rapport with students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Prior SI leader or tutoring experience is helpful but not required.
• Sophomore standing or higher and minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Attend SI training meetings and observe sessions.
• Complete SI observation reports and share feedback with supervisor.
• Assist in preparing SI training materials and establishing rapport with leaders.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Tutoring or SI experience beneficial
