Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a Van Driver Lead to safely transport employees across the facility and to designated locations while leading the shuttle team. The role emphasizes safety, accountability, and efficient operations, with overtime throughout the week and on weekends.

You will oversee daily driver activities, ensure routes meet safety standards, and report incidents or issues to management. Prior leadership experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Shuttle transportation experience is a plus
• Strong safety awareness and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vans to transport employees across the facility and designated locations.
• Lead and support daily van driver operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate driver assignments, schedules, and transportation routes as directed by management.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain communication with operations management regarding transportation needs and updates.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused team environment and escalate issues promptly.
