Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a Lead Van Driver to safely move vehicles between yard locations in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting and to lead a team to achieve daily goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and at least 1 year of related work, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position is based in Georgia and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles to proper locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Lead team members on the bus, providing direction to meet daily goals.
• Ensure all vehicles moved in the yard adhere to Glovis standards and safety policies.
• Report violations to the supervisor and maintain open communication with teammates.
