Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is hiring a Shuttle Van Driver to transport employees across the Mobile Manufacturing Site with a safety-first mindset and excellent customer service. The role requires a clean driving history and the ability to operate designated shuttle routes.

Responsibilities include recording passenger counts, tracking mileage, and communicating any route changes. This is an on-site, entry-level position within Logistics, offering agency/temporary employment with a focus on reliability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Class D driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• CDL Class C preferred.
• Experience driving CDL-level or large passenger vehicles is a plus.
• Strong time-management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vans along designated routes and schedules.
• Monitor and optimize turn times to minimize employee wait times.
• Provide overtime shift coverage as required to maintain continuous shuttle service.
• Record hourly passenger counts to track volume across stops.
• Log vehicle mileage daily to assist fleet management with maintenance planning.
• Communicate route deviations, delays, or needs with supervisors and fellow drivers.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle interior.
