Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Services Assistant Manager at UK Healthcare - 110 Transcript Ave. Shifts vary and may include weekends; pay is $18.50/hour.

The role supports the Operations Manager in parking operations, staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations, with emphasis on shuttle experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, onboarding and scheduling, and preparing operating reports.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Driving CDL & Non CDL shuttles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising location staff, delegating and coaching to ensure standards.
• Support Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, scheduling and training.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports and schedules.
• Fill in to provide coverage for front line positions as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates; address escalations.
• Respond immediately to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Maintain professional guest relations and safety compliance.
