Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Shuttle Area Parking Ambassador to ensure friendly, professional customer service and safe, organized parking experiences at UK Healthcare in Lexington, KY. You will be the frontline representative delivering directions, handling inquiries, and supporting traffic flow during peak times.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors
• Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries
• Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations
• Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary, following company policies
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, special events, or emergencies
• Perform basic facility checks (e.g., signage visibility, cleanliness, equipment functionality)
• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management
• Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment
• Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times
