Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Shuttle Driver Supervisor in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time role focuses on developing and training shuttle drivers, ensuring proper schedules, and maintaining strong client relations.

The position requires a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The supervisor will manage payroll inputs, oversee customer service programs, and monitor budgets to meet financial goals

Qualifications

3+ years of driving experience with a valid license.
Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent written and spoken communication; professional demeanor.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and train shuttle drivers to meet job expectations.
Review and approve work schedules for adequate coverage while controlling costs.
Maintain excellent client relations and participate in client meetings.
Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operations.
Manage employee work hour reports and payroll submissions.
Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
Develop budgets and monitor finances to meet business goals.
Review audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
Complete required reports.
