Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Valet and Shuttle Supervisor at Parkview Hospital Randallia. You will oversee daily valet and shuttle operations, train staff, coordinate routes, and ensure safety and excellent guest service across campus locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory preferred.
• Familiarity with shuttle route planning and parking management systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL may be required depending on vehicle type.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day valet and shuttle activities, ensuring safety and service standards.
• Train valet attendants and shuttle drivers to meet guest service and safety requirements.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments and shuttle routes to meet changing demands and improve efficiency.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with quality and service.
• Travel between campus locations as needed to support operations across sites.
• Perform valet attendant or shuttle driver duties when needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
• Other duties as assigned across client accounts.
