Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) for UKHC in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on safe transport of up to 9 guests, exceptional customer service, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

The position offers full-time hours, varied shifts, and weekend availability. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with loading luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing inspections, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
• Prior commercial or shuttle driving experience preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with policy and law.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members.
