Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Auburn, Alabama is seeking an Auburn University Transit Road Supervisor. The role oversees shuttle operations on campus, ensuring safe, on-time service for students, staff, and faculty. Starting wage is $27.25 per hour with excellent benefits and a focus on safety and reliability.

The supervisor coordinates driver check-in, bus rotations, and breaks, while supporting a team to maintain high service standards and compliance with DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A or B with P Endorsement.
• 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literate - basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the check-in process of drivers including fitness for duty inspection, uniform and credential check, and assignment of buses.
• Coordinate bus rotation, trips and driver break times by the assignment of Customer Service Representative personnel and vehicles.
• Other duties as required.
