Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management-level experience in the passenger transportation industry.
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.
• DOT drug testing and related safety requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations management.
• Provides strategic planning and direction to the operations staff.
• Manages contract compliance.
• Has shared responsibility for scheduling, performance evaluation, and staffing for the facility's management staff.
• Other duties as required.
