Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in daily shuttle operations and ensure proper coverage of all routes.
• Coordinate with management on driver scheduling and route coverage.
• Coordinate with management to handle calls, emails and texts for seamless operations.
• Assist with overseeing vehicle maintenance and coordination of getting vehicles to maintenance locations.
• Screen, interview and recommend hiring of potential associates; provide leadership and supervision.
• Appraise performance and provide feedback; oversee training and development of staff.
• Follows all company, DOT, OSHA, Drug & Alcohol policies and guidelines.
