Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Coordination: Assign and dispatch shuttles to ensure on-time performance and efficient routing.
• Scheduling and Routing: Coordinate shuttle schedules based on demand and driver availability; optimize routes.
• Communication: Be main point of contact for drivers and supervisors; relay delays and route changes.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain records of passenger calls, driver shifts and meal breaks; prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Safety and Compliance: Monitor operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance.
