Job summary

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers and assign work with supervisor oversight.
• Coordinate vehicle flow and log stock numbers for moved vehicles.
• Schedule crew and communicate assignments.
• Manage vans and transport employees to locations and ensure timely pickups.
• Transport employees to/from parking lots and remote sites.
• Perform daily van maintenance and fuel/lubricant servicing.
• Uphold safety procedures and support Safety Excellence programs.
• Review workloads with management and plan staffing to improve efficiency.
• Lead location team and uphold Cox/Manheim values.
• Enforce company policies and perform other duties; overtime may be required.
